Why is it that on Metros 4G the upload is higher than the download? Just curious. Is it the way the towers manage the output of how much is being sent?
It's not always like that I think it varies depending on where you are.

Why is it that on Metros 4G the upload is higher than the download? Just curious. Is it the way the towers manage the output of how much is being sent?
My best guess (I constantly observe the same thing) is that we browse and stream more than we upload content ie vids movies etc. The strain is on the download not the upload.
