upload photos to picasa then delete

After i upload my photos to my picasa can i delete them from my phone to free up space an still have my photos elsewhere
 
Yes. Be sure to check that the photos are on Picasa before deleting.

You can either delete from the Gallery or use a file manager (there are lots on the Play Store, I use a free one called File Manager).
