Upset with Sprint and their acts

I have been a Sprint customer since 07. I have used my phone in the same are , which is roaming, they never said anything about it until yesterday when they called me and informed me that due to my roaming they will be ending my services. Is this any way to treat a loyal customer. I called and voiced my complaint but they said there is nothing they can do. So all can do is tell sprint to kiss off.
 
They did the same to a friend of mine who lives in Iowa. They said he roamed to much and canceled the contract and service. 10+ year customer but that didn't matter.
 
I have unlimited service paying 168. Month so they get money.

Not saying you don't pay for your service, but if they have to pay Verizon, ect... for 100% of your service it's probably costing them money.....or at the very lease they aren't making enough to warrant it. Sprints in the business to make money, so getting rid of a paying customer has to improve their bottom line in some way.

but if you are roaming that much.. dont you want to find a better carrier service anyways??
