Uptime never resets

Newbie
My tablet shows an uptime of over 45 years! It does not reset when I switch it off. Is there a way to reset it?

I run LineageOS 14.1 (nougat 7.1.2)
 
Is it possible to move this thread to a more general forum instead of my model's one? It might get more attention and hopefully a solution. Thanks.
