[URGENT] Android OS super high data usage

I got my s7 edge close to nearly 4 months now and have a cap of 7gb data per month but each time my Android OS uses nearly half of it all i do is surf the net , use facebook and watch some videos it keeps increasimg every month i disabled most of my background data , sync, restrict downloads to wifi only and google backup it dosent help can anyone help ?
p.s im using my data all the time except for weekends when im home

i understand but i dont watch it everyday only abit and short ones like 1-2 mins

What resolution video are you streaming, HD? 1-2 minutes, could add up, and might be 30-60 minutes month. And an hour of HD video, even 720p, could easily be a few GB.

Check the actual data usage of things like the YouTube app, and browser as well.

ive been checking mg data app usage but the data android OS uses dosent appear under chrome facebook or youtube etc
