Help URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!!!

Was recovering my prevail 2 (running the ring OS since i could not find prevail OS) and the cat knocked the phone out of my hand and disconnected the cable not I can't get it to connect in odin 3.07. am I totally screwed or is there something i can do. I need my phone for work PLEASE HELP!!!

is the phone responding to the buttons at all? can you at least get it powered on?

straight power on brings me to a screen that says firmware upgrade encountered an isse. please select recovery mode in kies & try again. I can get it into download mode and odin will recognize it but when i try to install the recovery file i have been using the last couple of months it says it cannot open the serial(com) port
