Help Urgent! - high 3g traffic

hello everyone
my milestone use 250MB in 2 days
this amount that im not doing in a month
i have every month 500mb for internet and every mb more than that will cost me a lot of money!!!
for a whole year every month im not using more than 250mb in month and this time it happen in 2 days!!
i didnt use the phone i didnt download anything so i really dont know what seems to be the problem
now i closed my 3g connection but its not a solution.
plz help me

Download a data manager app from the market, like 3G Watchdog, and see what apps are consuming your data plan.
From there on you can find a better solution, like killing the app, or uninstalling it.
