Help URGENT-- need to extract data from Samsung Contour (R250)

My phone is dying. MetroPCS in the past can only extract the contacts, and even that is not guaranteed. Tried the latest Data Pilot (V 713) and it doesn't recognize this phone, nor is this phone on the list of supported devices.

There's a rumor that there's a Macintosh app which can backup ALL data on all phones, but this sounds too good to be true.

Any way to extract most or all of the data from this flip phone Samsung Contour R250 ?

Was able to extract the contact list and two other sections using the latest updated Data Pilot. It was tricky getting the phone recognized, as the manual connect method repeatedly failed, but the auto detect worked. Too bad Data Pilot cannot export the contacts into the replacement phone.
 
Thank you Kate. Data Pilot was used to save the pix so transfer not needed.

Changed to the GSM LG 450, and although it has some additional features, it has many poor features, downgrades, and reduced functionality. Many things to NOT like about the LG 450.

Is there a forum here in which to criticize the LG 450 ?

This is a feature phone right, so not Android? If that is the case there won't be a forum on here for it.
