Help Us cellular Note 3

Hi. I'm from Kansas and I just got a note 3 from US cellular prepaid plans and I hate it.. $30 for half a gig of data and $60 for 4gb of data and I was wondering if my note 3 was compatible with MetroPCS because the plans they have really interest me and I really can't afford to buy another phone.
 
The note 3 is unlocked and I know I can't use this phone on straight talk because it's a CDMA phone so I think it may be GSM. How do I double check? Cuz my Imei number was 14 numbers and not 15 lol
 
I'm sorry for the double post. This is what I got after I did that site that was suggested. Can someone dumb it down for me lol

Is the rudeness really nessesary? I'm on this crappy network us cellular who only gives me 500mb of data and I've already went passed that so my service is 1x Lmao so I can hardly Google anything atm hell it takes me about 10 minutes to open this page.
 
Lol I didn't understand the Jayhawker thing till now. I don't even like em lol my teams Ou. Anyways Yeah I'm excited to try out the mpcs thank you guys for all the help
