US passport extra pages - fee?

Hi my dear fellow members ... my android family

i gotta help mom get extra visa pages for her passport..

In Bali 52 extra pages about $85 usd

In USA got to mail it

Any idea whats the fee normal and expedited?

Any idea how to do urgent - 8 xays..

If you click more info on the Adding Pages section of the page you linked it says:

...or if you have upcoming travel plans (within 2 weeks) or you need to obtain a foreign visa (within 4 weeks), schedule an appointment at a Passport Agency or Center and submit it in person.
