USB 3.0 DC / car charger

Has anyone found a car charger that uses USB 3.0? I've found tons of USB 2.0 and I know 3.0 is backwards compatible but my Transformer Prime charges off 3.0 only. The guys at Best Buy tried to tell me that any 2.1 amp USB charger would work until I tried the ones they touted and they failed.

... but I'm not sure about the "3.0".
Maybe it means 3 Ampere
