this appears on my Galaxy S2 and is causing problem. Phone will not turn off & taking battery out to turn off seems to "shock" phone for battery icon like it's charging flashes to many setting. Put it on charger and phone will eventually come on. Any ideas, thanks
A short in the USB connector? Look at it with a good light and a magnifying glass. Make sure the center bar isn't bent over (so the contacts are touching the shell) and that there's no dirt in there.
