If I remove the usb cover (take back cover off, remove screw etc) then cut the plastic hinge off will it still be waterproof with the way it's held before I cut it off?
I'd rather have the cover somewhere loose, then when I use my hot tub put the cover back on. I don't purposely put it into water, it's just in case I drop it in the water
