Plugged my new GS3 LTE into my PC and it said it was installing drivers, then failed. After unplugging and plugging it back in the only thing that happens is I get popup messages on my PC saying the device is not recognized. Occasionally (after I plug it in and unplug it enough times) I get a GT-I9305 icon in Computer as a portable media device, but when I click on it nothing happens, it's empty.
Anyone got any solutions?
EDIT: After turning the phone on and off, I can see a 'Card' and 'Phone' folder inside the GT-I9305 icon, but I can't drag any songs from iTunes straight into either folder. Does anyone know why?
