Help USB File transfer not working!

I want to transfer a couple of files to my sd card on my Lg Stylo but it won't show me the internal storage folder or the external storage folder on my windows explorer.Do I need new drivers or do I need to get a better cable?

Make sure your cable is also a data cable, some cables are just charging.

On some computers you might need the USB drivers for your LG too, it depends on the version of Windows.
