Usb otg

Hi guys,

I hope this isn't a silly question but can a USB OTG cable be used on the RAZR HD so that you can plug peripherals such as a ps3 controller into it?

not sure, one way to find out is try.
BTW that's not a silly question it's actually a good question. I am not so sure it will work, but there is that possibility.

Yeah I bought aa cheap cable off eBay today. I'll see how it goes once I get it and plug it in.

I have one that I use to read a thumb drive. I have two drives and only the Sony 4gb drive will work, my other is a PNY and it will not read

I know this is an older thread, but did the OTG cable work?

The one I got didn't work for me when I tried plugging the ps3 controller into it. Haven't tried anything else as that is what I bought it for.

The USB OTG works for me with my Razr HD, Android 4.2.2. As rickyblaze said, it does not work with every usb drive I have, but most work. I can also plug in my wireless Microsoft mouse and keyboard transmitter, both work just fine. I just purchase a OTG cable online for about $3.00.
