USB tethering w/o settings app/ moving apps to sd card

So a while back I screwed up accidentally deleting settings...got my phone running fine again but now my issue is internal space.

I have link2sd and apps2sd and am trying to move as much as I can to my sd card but it is no longer working because I need to turn on usb tethering

You guys have any ideas or a way around this??

coolpad quattro through metro. All i am really trying to do is move apps from internal to sd card. But Since I accidentally deleted settings on bloat free its making my phone do all sorts of odd things...which is fine. but the sd card is barely 8% full so it is frustrating til i buy a new phone. Any help would be greatly PPRECIATED.

Hi my name is ray I saw your post and I was wondering if you could help, I have a galaxy s2 4G touch from boost mobile I'm trying to get tether to work i rooted my phone with framma root (really easy) i have read alot of treads about tethering the s2 4.1.2 but no luck yet so I'm looking for someone to help me whit this I would be berry thankful

You should just be able to just go to your settings and enable USB tethering... also if it is a certain problem with your answer phone try googling it it will usually come up in my case I deleted settings and I'm still looking for help....I can paypal $15 to whoever helpes fic my issue.

Why don't you try installing a new rom it should come with settings
