As we know the G1 will not have a normal 3.5mm jack for headphones, only a mini usb port and would require a usb headset or a usb to 3.5mm converter.
What I would like from anyone who has the knowledge is a pinout of such a converter. basically I would like to know what would be left and right + and -. I currently use and ipod with the head unit in my car only because the ipod is the only compatible player for it but I was thinking that if I could find out which leads would be for + and - of both left and right speakers so that I could theoretically wire the phone straight to the speakers in my car (most likely with an amp in between as I doubt the phone is powerful enough to push 4 car speakers...
So if anyone has this pinout out knowledge it would be greatly appreciated and I could test it with another phone I have until I get my G1
