hi ive just got the samsung galaxy ace but cannot connect to computer to put music on i just keep getting connect device which is already connected can anyone help please
OK, what kind of computer, windows or mac? what version? have you rebooted the phone and computer? are you sure the phone is in disk drive mode? have you tried another computer? have you tried another cable?
