Use Android phone as a USB webcam?

Whats a (perfer free) application/mobile application for using my Android phone as a USB webcam? Id understand that I would have to install something on my PC as well.

If it can be Bluetooth and/or WiFi even better

This is the main reason I made this thread.

Everyone says Qik (exactly what DoDodorant said) but that is not what I want. I want to use my phone as a webcam on Messenger and/or Skype.
