Used MAXX or CPO Razr

Going back to a smartphone and I can't decide if I should by a used Maxx with no warranty or pickup a regular Razr CPO from Verizon with a year warranty. Both are about 400.

What would you do?

My last smartphone was a GNex so I am used to charging all the time so the regular Razr wouldn't be bad.

If charging it isn't a big deal to you, then I would go with the CPO Razr, for the warranty.

I would definitely go with the Maxx. You can buy a warranty from SquareTrade if you want, but I would go with the Maxx regardless.

The maxx has a better feel to it and the battery life is awesome.. I too would go with the maxx.

Maxx is awesome. Once you realize what it's like to not have to worry about charging then you can never go back

Didn't know you could could get a SquareTrade warranty on a used phone.

I just picked up a Maxx and I see on the SquareTrade site you can enter in the Ebay account to get a warranty.
