Just wanted to point out that the phone has a bad ESN number (can't be used as a phone or for data) and comes with no battery. I wouldn't want someone to buy without noticing.

I pointed that out clearly in my listing. I would also like to add that it does come with a battery and a 16 GB SD card now. Just no charger.

It can be used for data over Wi-Fi. I'm selling as an Android iPod Touch, not as a phone.
