Useful websites with phone/tablet specs

Hi guys, we all know the popular websites like gsmarena, but let's make a list with other useful resources you know which provide useful technical data/specs of various smartphones and tablets. Here is my 2 cents:

devicespecifications.com - specifications, comparisons, news

phonearena.com - specifications, comparisons, news, reviews

Share which sites for specs you use most! :hello:

mamawm, thanks for the link! The reason I started this thread is because most of the websites publish only very basic specs of mobile devices. For example, what if you want to know the model of the image sensor of your camera? Or its size? Check for exampple the camera specs of Google Nexus 5 to see what I mean:

LG Google Nexus 5 - Specifications

Since some websites provide not just the basic info you can get everywhere, having a list of such websites would be helpful. Here is another interestig website with specs:

As that site has a number of things flat wrong about the phone I'm holding, I wouldn't put a lot of faith in them.

EarlyMon, please, share what phone you're holding and what exactly is wrong with its specs so people (like me) reading here can check themselves how the data differs from the specs found on other similar websites shared here. At least, the specs of the device I use and of those I had in the past are completely fine. I've even learned some new (to me) things about my S4.

There's no need to check other websites, the errors are grotesque for the HTC Evo 4G LTE.

It doesn't have the sim described, it will accept a 64 GB card (I'm using one right now as are a great many of us), HDMI is listed as yes via micro USB (that's MHL, listed later and the description is unacceptable), it does not have TV-Out, it does not support LTE on any 800 MHz band whatsoever, the actual LTE bands supported are not listed, it does support SVDO and 1x Advanced while neither are listed, it's insufficient to say 800 MHz for CDMA because there are two bands there and the image resolution for the FFC is wrong.

You said it listed deeper hardware details.

The focal length equivalent is not a focal length, the BSI sensor and sensor pixel dimensions are missing.

It lists 5 other sensors. There are 9 and you can test each one with Elixir 2.

It doesn't have a flash EEPROM.

It doesn't list the Krait generation.

So -

Incorrect sim, incorrect storage details, incorrect and missing radio details, incorrect camera details, incorrect and misleading connection details and lacking hardware details while pretending to have them.

That's a whole lot to get wrong, and things like wrong LTE frequencies are just unacceptable - don't you agree?

I didn't bother to check physical dimensions or weight.

It did correctly identify that it has a 4.7" 720p display, so it's got that going for it.

As I said - I wouldn't put much stock in that site.

PS -

What do you think Cat3 is supposed to refer to under LTE?

And today is not launch day. It runs Jellybean, does not have the UMS listed and the Sense version is missing, only slightly important for an HTC.
