User identification and sending forms

Hello,
New to the forum and almost as new to Android coding

The project:

• A tab which is used by several people and "bolted" into a wall
• User identification by username/number and pre-set easy 4-digit password
• A form where the user enters info into four boxes
• A button that first ask if you are sure and the automaticly sends an email to a pre-defined email-adress and signs out the user

I know how to make the four boxes and I know how to make a button that sends email. The thing is that I have no clue how I could send the email without opening the email program. The other issue is the user identification with pre-defined passwords.

Of course if there is a app that is at least a bit similar out there it would help a lot.

In terms of sending your email, what you want is a way of sending the email without user interaction. There is a programmatic solution to this. Have a look at this SO question:
