Using ADW icon packs in Desktop Visualizer??

I'm trying to put application shortcuts on my lockscreen via Widget Locker, but since Widget Locker apparently doesn't allow custom icons for apps (does it??), I thought I'd use Desktop Visualizer. Except my ADW icon packs don't show up in DV. Is there any way to get them to show up? I'm sure it's something stupidly easy, but I've been Googling for a bit now with no luck. :(

(Also, sorry if this belongs in the themeing forum, wasn't sure if this went here or there....?!)

I don't know what format ADW icon packs are in, but DVR wants to see image file types. If you can get the icons into some common format like jpeg, png, or gif, Desktop VizualizeR will find them.

How do I find out what format an icon pack is in?
