Help Using an SD card

Hello , I have a basic question. If you insert a micro SD card into a tablet, is there anyway to take photos directly onto the card.Or do all photos have to be manually moved to the card. I cannot find any settings to such effect. In fact I could not find anyway to even explore the card without downloading a file manager, the tablet is a Hudl with lollipop.

I read a couple of reviews about the Hudl Tablet Camera and both were negative, the included camera app is very lacking in the settings department so no you can't use it and make it save to SD automatically. That being said there are other options. Camera MX is an app you can install that has settings to save images to the SD card. Get it in the Play Store, It's free!
