Using Android phone as remote - wifi? bluetooth? IR Blaster?

I have a media player PC connected to my TV. It is always on. It has a wifi connection to my LAN, a bluetooth connection and I can connect an IR blaster to it so it can send remote IR codes to other devices.

What I'd like to do is have a remote control application on my Android phone that contacts my media PC and controls all my devices as well as XBMC running on the media PC.

If possible, I would also like the app to be able to sync via bluetooth to my PS3 to all me to remotely power the PS3 on and off without using the PS3 remote.

Is there anything out there that can do this? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be looking for?

Thanks!
