Using Android Tablet as Second Monitor>

is there an app so I can use my android tablet as my second monitor connected to my dvi or hdmi monitor so I can use it for browsing while gaming on my pc
 
Why not just connect the tablet to a wifi router and browse independently?

I also doubt there is an app that does this. I don't suspect anyone making one, either, because wifi routers are cheap.
