I'm trying to figure out how to use photos from my Google Plus albums as wallpaper on my S6. With the S3 and S4 this was no problem, I would just long press the home screen, select Wallpapers, select From Gallery, and then select the photo.
That routine breaks down on the S6 because Gallery refuses to reference my Google Plus albums at all. The Google Photos app shows my Google Plus albums but the stock Gallery app does not. And the stock Gallery app is what TouchWiz references for selecting wallpaper.
(we pause to let the chants of "Get rid of TouchWiz, and use [brand X] launcher!" subside.)
So assuming that TouchWiz broke this capability that used to exist on the S3 and S4, and my Galaxy Tab S, how can I manage to copy photos out of the Google Photos app over to the Gallery app? Or force the Gallery app to "see" the photos in my Google Plus albums?
