I', using My Phone Explorer to back up my cell. I use it since many years. I noticed that some names in the Contact app suddenly disapear with no apparent reason. Is there some information that this sually deletes things??
I only used that app briefly years ago, so I'm not sure if they updated it to remove duplicates. I would look at the contacts that disappear (if you can remember them) are they Google contacts or only phone contacts?
