using my Samsung tablet in the car

I know this area has been covered plenty of times on here im sure but i have a few certain things i want to find out.

First is there any eq apps out there i can use to have fader/balance and maybe a 10 band minimum eq?

Next does the HDMI adapter for my tablet convert signal to 5.1?
