Help Using Note 3 as a dashcam monitor

First, I apologize if something similar has already been addressed. I cant seem to find an answer to this anywhere.

I have a dashcam in my car that doesn't have a built in monitor. Instead there is an rca cable that can be plugged into a monitor in the car if I would like. Is there any way to use my Note 3 as a monitor?
