Using watch NFC to replace phone's NFC

I'm planning on getting a new phone in a few weeks. I want to get the Huawei honor 6x, but it doesn't have NFC. I'm getting the Sony Smartwatch 3, which does have NFC. so, could I use the NFC on the watch to pair my phone to other NFC devices (my car stereo)?

You mean Bluetooth pairing, using the NFC tags that are embedded in various BT devices, and usually its just place phone very near the NFC tag in the BT devices. I'm sure the NFC must be in the phone itself to do what you require, and not in another device.

NFC is not required to initially pair your phone to your car stereo or other BT devices, it's just supposed to make it more convenient. Once BT devices are paired, connection can be automatic.
