Using WPS offline

I created some "flashcards" with Google Slides. This works great, while online. Unfortunately, Google Slides presentation mode does not work offline.

If I converted these Google Slides to PowerPoint, could I use them offline with WPS Office?

Or any other app that can view powerpoint files.
