Help Ussd code problem

I have Samsung galaxy s3 shv-e210k....and i am facing problem running some ussd code some code are running but some are showing unconditional additional service.....please help....how i can fix this problem....
 
I tend to think this is more of a network problem than a device problem. You could try and check with your service provider because ussd codes are used to communicate with the serivice provider's computers to generate a request or feedback. Get in touch with your service provider.
 
I have a korean unlocked samsung note 3 (sm-n900s) I can use the phone perfectly (call and text) but only one option I can access to check my balance (ie *201#) but any other it says ussd running code and after like 5 secs it says try again. Can anybody help me with this issue.the phone is unlocked and it's on the phone company olleh.
