USSD not working

Recently I set up speed dialling and when I went to test it, It came up with 'USSD Code Running' and then after that it came up with 'UNKNOWN APPLICATION' and then when I pressed OK it took me back to my home screen, Can anyone help.

That usually means the particular USSD codes you're using are unsupported or unrecognised by your carrier. Think you'll need to check with your carrier as to what codes and network features they actually support.
