V20 cellular Wi-Fi setting

A so called Security update was done yesterday , it took away one of my most important setting under Wi-Fi calling.
I no longer have "Never use CELLULAR NETWORK."
Which means if I loose Wi-Fi it automatically goes over to another cell tower which will start using my data.
Anyone else have this setting missing!? Thanks.

Yea thanks t -mobile can't help they called LG and LG said contact Google .yea good luck with that.they think Google got rid of it .how stupid is that.

Yep, mine is gone too.

I have to use it since I'm out of the country alot. Some cell company's in different parts of the world have a much lower internet speed which kinda sucks .looks like we're at Google mercy.it doesn't make sense why they removed it .
