V20 Hands On

Hi, the fact it retains the removable battery has it on my radar, I have the Samsung Note 4 and was holding out for the Note 7 until Samsung released it with a non replaceable battery. Phil

I was considering the Note 7 too until they manufactured it with a built in battery. I'll look at the Pixel XL/Marlin, but suspect it won't have a removable battery, which will make it useless to me. All the current renders of the Pixel look exactly like an iPhone. If I had a simple goal to run android on an iPhone, this will be a good option.

As soon as I confirm a built in battery on the Pixel XL, I'm all in for the V20.

Unfortunately it looks at the moment as if LG are not going to release the phone in Europe for reasons best know to themselves, you would think that with the Note 7 debacle they would have all retailers piling up stock of the V20, it would be a golden opportunity missed if they miss out Europe. Phil

Hi, with the Samsung Note 7 debacle getting increasingly worse surely LG must now push the V20 into all markets, although I doubt if they could manufacture fast enough to meet the demand. Phil

Hi, have just been told by the supplier that the V20 is definitely not coming to the European market, I am really disappointed at this and believe LG have missed a golden opportunity. Phil

Cheers dpeagle, I only hope that the assumption is correct, as I said if LG don't bring this phone to Europe it will be missing a great opportunity. Phil

In Canada they only released it with one carrier. I bought an unlocked international dual sim from a local seller and honestly, this phone is a beast. I recommend the dual sim if you have a work phone and a personal phone
