V20 won't hold live wallpaper

I like to use a live wallpaper. It's lovely when I select it, but whenever I reboot then my V20 re-sets back to the stock wallpaper. Help?

No. This would be a huge PITA. Are you aware of any cases of this problem successfully resolved by a Factory reset?

Is it all live wallpaper apps or a particular one that resets after rebooting? If it's the latter, could be a bug or other issue with it.

In my experience a factory reset solves all issues until you reinstall the app causing the problem.
