I have a samsung galaxy 4g, how can I watch any tv or movies? Is there an app I need to download or something?

You can watch tv if you have a tv tuner on your computer, or a slingbox. To watch movies, you can easily convert your own dvds to put on the phone using Handbrake, there are plenty of guides on this site to help you do that.
