Help velocity Cruz T104 charged but will not turn on?

I have a Velocity Cruz T104 i know it works great but it went to sleep and i tried to wake it up but nothing the screen is still off. I would like some info or help with solving this problem. its charged and hitting reset didn't seem to work no Cruz logo which usually pops up after reset.

By reset you mean the tiny hole by the volume control?
