I'm trying to find a stock rom for my galaxy s3. I see some links for some in odin format, but I'd really like to find a zip that can be flashed in CWM. I dont mind if the rom is rooted, but I'd like to avoid any other modifications. Does anybody happen to have a link to such a rom?

CleanRom is close to stock that can be installed via recovery. Would that be what you would like?

Why do you want a recovery flashable rom? Just curious is all because I found these but they are installed via Odin:

Use the toolkit found in the thread. it is the best thing you'll ever find for your phone. It has an option to completely return to stock, recovery and all, if that's what you're looking for.

I dont want to use a toolkit because those are geared for windows computers. I have no windows. And I want to use CWM zip because the download is much smaller. All the odin-type downloads I found were very huge, because they contain a full partition image for /system. The CWM zips contain only the files that go inside the partition. Its the difference between a 700MB download and a 1.2GB one.
