Root [Verizon] Boot loop problems

It seams that after the update from Verizon when I got the premium suite about a day after that I had a boot loop thent as far as the Verizon 4lte logo and stayed there forever had to boot into recovery and reinstalled everything and lost my root .any way does anyone know of a good root procedure I still want to re root my galaxy s3 but am a little gun shy
