Verizon Corporate Complaint or FCC?

Hi,
I'm a 16 year customer of Verizon and have pretty much had a great experience with them until a recent network "upgrade" in our area which has really messed up our service. I've gotten the run around during weeks of calls to customer service and now want to send an email to Verizon corporate. Was wondering if anyone has a specific email address and/or person I could direct my complaint? You could PM me if you'd like to preserve confidentiality.

Also if anyone has had any experience filing a FCC complaint would love to hear how it worked out for you. I did a search for FCC in the forums and nothing came up which is weird because I know I've read about other people filing complaints, I just can't find any of those threads.

When I had an issue I needed resolved and had gotten the run around) I emailed their Executive Customer Relations VP (?) and it got taken care of QUICK.
