Root [Verizon] Disable Verizon CD Rom USB pop up

Hello everyone,

I just got my new Black Verizon S3 and love it. Not my first S3, but definitely my favorite. Anyway Im rooted, with TWRP. I have searched for this all over but found no for sure way to disable this. When I connect my S3 to my computer via USB I get a CD Rom Pop up with several Verizon exe install files. And than 30 seconds later it finally goes away and I get my External SD Card pop up. Is there a way to disable the CD Rom pop up completely so that when I connect I get my External SD Card right away? Thanks guys.

I have the same issue, but haven't looked into it.
Sometimes, I have to toggle between PTP back to MTP for the sd card to show.
And sometimes it comes up right away

I moved your thread into the root forum here also :)

Thanks for moving the thread, I wasn't sure I could put it in the root section since it's not necessarily root related.

What o/s on your pc ? I`m running Winxp sp3 & Win 7 (dual boot) but mainly the xp. When I first connected the phone in xp, I got an autoplay pop up window with several options . . . I chose open a folder to view files & checked the box by "always use this action". Now every time it just connects & shows "phone"&"card" in the newly opened window. Hope that helps . . . ? ?
