Verizon dumb sales rep?

First she claims the iphone6 can last 2 full days then says, " The pre-loaded apps on note 4 does not take up any of your 32gb provided space and the operating system only operates the device and lets you know the space allowance that you have

Only what you upload and download and your contacts and pictures"

Am I dumb or is she dumb.
 
I won't say anyone is dumb. I will say that she is misinformed about the storage used on your device. Both the Android OS and factory / carrier installed apps will take up memory. The won't necessarily take up space on any addition SD card you install.

She is probably unwittingly being truthful about the iphone battery lasting two days. Any phone can under certain circumstances.

As I said, she isn't dumb, just trying to employ a limited amount of facts and information to appear competent. I honestly feel bad for the reps sometimes as I don't think they are adequately trained on the devices they are expected to explain and sell to folks.
 
Kinda funny... I just interviewed at USC today

They asked if I knew anything about iPhones (I'm a frequent customer, and have been with Android since USC started carrying them). Told them almost none, and would ask for one to be issued to me were I hired, so I could get familiar

Seemed to impress the manager
 
A China Mobile rep assured me that an obviously fake Samsung S5 was real.

Don't always believe what a sales rep tells you. Remember they're trying to sell you something, and are usually paid on commission. I could never be a sales rep, I'm just not a convincing liar.
