Root [Verizon] Facebook text messenger notification ringtone missing

I don't use FB Messenger or even FB for that matter ;)
So in order to help you out more can you tell us what device and carrier you are on?
Can I assume you are talking about this app?

Do your other notifications for other apps etc work?
