Verizon Galaxy Nexus Work on Virgin Mobile?

Thanks, CDMA which is same as Sprint (what Virgin is piggie-backing off of in the U.S.)

My employer approached me to install the MaaS app to test for a client of ours. I'm worried that my boss is going to want to leave it installed on my phone; which for business purposes I understand. But I don't like the fact that this app has complete access/control to everything on my phone. You can track your employees location, wipe data, see apps, etc. A bit scary since this is my personal phone but is used for business purposes. I can't even uninstall the app without admin permissions from the master account of the MaaS application. I was thinking of activating my old VW Galaxy Nexus so that I can go about my personal business on my LG G2 and do what I please.

How about you keep that device for work and get one for your use and Dont apply app on your personal phone .

I have an old unlimited data plan on my G2 that I can't give it; otherwise I'll lose it. Plus I need that for personal use and don't need much data for business use. I'll buy a new Virgin phone if I have to, and I haven't fully decide on what I'm going to do just yet.

I have personally asked VM call center reps if you can flash a Sprint phone to the VM network. I was told no, that the only phones that will work with the VM network are being sold on their web page. Whether this is 100% true, or not, I cannot say. If you could find a third-party who could try flashing to their network, it may work. But, I am not taking responsibility for anything another person does with their device.
