Verizon Galaxy S4 on Cricket

My cricket phone is messed up and I've managed to find a Verizon s4 for cheap and I was wondering if I could just put my Cricket sim in and use it with apn change... Supposedly Verizon used the sim card for LTE only when this phone came out and I was wondering if it changed so the sim could be used for talk and text too

If the phone is unlocked, you should be able to use it with cricket if it's the CDMA version of the phone.

Verizon LTE phones are required to be GSM SIM unlocked so it should work on Crickets GSM network.

Some Verizon phones have issues/bugs when being used on GSM networks though.
