Root [Verizon] Goo Manager

I rooted using casual and got twrp 2.5.0.0. I tried to update using Goo Manager, it counts down, says starting download and does nothing else. Is this the most up to date recovery? Is there a way to update without using Goo Manager?

Welcome Sciplefirm!
Goo has given me issues in the past also. Everything from what you are experiencing to a, "what I thought was successful recovery update but really wasn't".

From now on, I just update the recovery via ODIN. :)

Sorry:(
No, I use the ODIN program for the computer.
Here is a link for it: (for windows)
Odin_v3.09.zip (6,53 MB) - uploaded.net

Taken from here:

Here is a link for the .tar file for the latest TWRP (2.6.3.0 is the latest):
Techerrata Downloads - Browsing d2vzw

Have you ever used ODIN for flashing things like recovery?
If not I can help you thru it:)

You will need the drivers for your device installed to your computer...unless you already have those installed ;)
